Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Arusha to Tarangire
After being picked up at your Arusha hotel at 8:00 am, you will drive for three hours to reach Tarangire National Park, where you will go on a full day of game viewing.
After that, you will drive to Jambo Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Tarangire National Park is located 115 kilometers from Arusha and spans 2800 square kilometers. Water from the Tarangire River, which gives the region its name, is consumed by wildlife.
The park's main draws are the numerous elephants, the pythons that climb trees, and the baobab trees. You will also be able to view other species, such as leopards and lions.
Day 2 - Tarangire to Serengeti
After breakfast we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.
We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. until sun set.
Day 3 - Wildebeest Migration in Serengeti
In this day you will wake up early morning and have your full breakfast, then you will start your game drive inside Serengeti, as you will have full day in Serengeti our driver will drive you to the key areas in Serengeti.
We will make sure that you will follow wildebeest migration where they will during your tour with us. The Great migration varies every year the best chance of seeing it is during June up to September while the wildebeest calving is from January to March, for the July up to September our driver will be able to take to northern Serengeti where they be able to see the great wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River.
A million and a half of these majestic animals’ travel throughout the year as they look for fresh grazing pasture and follow the rainfall for better water sources and after your full day game drive you head back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 - Serengeti to Ngorongoro
You will wake 5:45 am for early breakfast and see the Sun rise inside Serengeti, after you finish your breakfast, you will do early morning game drive up to 11.30 am then you head back to campsite for the hot lunch and pack your stuff in the vehicle. This time after finishing your hot lunch you will proceed with game drive in Serengeti while heading to Ngorongoro crater in Simba campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 - Ngorongoro to Arusha
Early risers are rewarded with breath-taking views of the rising sun over the crater’s edge, and, after a hearty breakfast, you will drive down the adventurous track into the crater.
A Visit to Mto wa Mbu Village
Mto wa Mbu village, where a local guide will greet you. Since these guides are always familiar with the ins and outs of the area, they will be able to provide you with the greatest information about the social and economic elements of the locals. There are plenty of things to do, but you should be able to make the most of them. If you have any questions along the journey, the guide will be pleased to answer them, so be prepared with the camera to capture special moments on your phone.
You will probably begin your tour in the village banana plantations, where the locals are growing over thirty different varieties of bananas.
Head back to Arusha.
